• Not this specific model. You'd need to get the VESA model and get a VESA mount that rotates.

• Not with the stand it comes with but Apple offers another stand that will allow that movement I believe

• Not on the Studio Display ($1,600 monitor) l, but if i remember correctly there are other options available through an additional purchase. One rotates the monitor as youve mentioned, and another attaches it to the wall, etc
