• Not sure if that port provides enough power to run the drive. If it does then you would have to worry about bumps on the road causing your dvds to skip. Although the buffer could keep ahead of that. (not 100% sure on the skipping I have not used a dvd in a while) You might be better off with a USB thumb drive and put you media on that.
