• I haven’t used spectrum specifically. However, everything else I stream on my Apple TV are far and away better quality than what I saw on my Roku.

• Apple TV is the clearest pic you can get when hdr is enabled.

• No difference, spectrum only broadcasts standard to HD depending on the programs you watch.

• Dont know about roku but the channels are clearer than on my firestick.
