Unless you’re downloading a lot of games it doesn’t really make a difference. You’d have to be loading a lot of apps to get close to using up the storage. Movies and shows aren’t stored on the device if using streaming services.

You won't "notice" a difference in terms of performance between 32 GB and 64. If you're just downloading the apps for streaming and such, 32GB is sufficient.
