• No, but if nothing else the AppleTV works with Ir remotes. You can train it to accept input from basically anything. You can use am iOS device as a remote too, which could be handy to program an Ir remote.

• Go to settings then to remotes. Unpair the remote, then add it back to see if it will work.

• Try unplugging the unit for about 10 minutes. Then plug it into HDMI 2 or HDMI 3. Then plug the AC cord back in. This will sometimes correct the problem.
