Won’t stay connected null

We had a similar problem. Traced it to a older HDMI cable that was loose in the socket and couldn’t handle the bandwidth. Recommend buy a new cable per the spec requirements for the unit.

I would suggest you contact BestBuy or Apple for technical support.
