• Yes if you purchase the unlocked version it will be unlocked to all providers.

• I've purchased this Item for my son, as soon he turn it on it detected his iphone and showed a message saying to put the phone over the watch and it paired all by it self adding all contacts and it did not request any info from the carrier, he even tested it by making a call and it worked righ a way. It should be the same with all carriers.
