• Apple watch with GPS+Cellular requires separate activation & additional data plan aside from your iphone ONLY if you want to be able to make calls & send messages without your iphone nearby. Otherwise, you have full capabilities as long as your apple watch is within range of your iphone.

• If it’s a cellular watch you will need to add a cellular watch plan to it, typically $10 a month or not use the cellular features. If it’s non cellular then no plan is needed, it connects to your phone via Bluetooth either model.
