• Yes you can use any of the apple watch bands as long as the size matches.

• Bands for 38mm and 40mm cases work with each other, and bands for 42mm and 44mm cases work with each other.

• That depends. Apple bands have a special way to connect to the watch. If you have bands from previous Apple Watches, those will work but if you are hung up on other "regular" bands, you can search that big name online retailer, and get an adapter that allows the use of other bands.
