Yes, I have one myself and it’s on t-mobile plus it’s easy to setup without having to call t-mobile just connect your watch to your phone and set it up it will guide you how to add a line within the watch

Yes it will. You will have to add another line to your t mobile account so it will basically act as a new phone but much cheaper.
