Does it have phone and text null

For only gps it does just that you need to have a phone near you. If you get the (GPS+Celluar) one you don't need a phone near you for it to receive calls and texts. But all in all, you can send text and call and receive calls.

For only gps it does just that you need to have a phone near you. If you get the (GPS+Celluar) one you don't need a phone near you for it to receive calls and texts. But all in all, you can send text and call and receive calls.
