The main differences in the se and se 2 are that the se 2 does not have a ceramic backing but however has crash detection, sleep tracking, and the same chip as the Apple Watch series 8 and Apple Watch Ultra. The sizes are the same (40 mm or 44 mm). The charges for the watch you want will all be included. Fall detection comes pre installed into the software of your Apple Watch.
