• Not this model. It is GPS only. You need to buy the model that has GPS + cellular. About $60-100 more expensive and requires cell subscription.

• Yes, but you will need to have WiFi or buy a GPS+Cellular one with a separate line. You cannot do everything like IPhone but message, phone calls and some native apps for use (Telegram)
