“Anybody have experience using a sleep app with this phone? What would you recommend? Apple guy in BB store said this monitors sleep time but doesn't tell you how much time in rem, deep or light sleep like Fitbit & I would need to use it with a sleep app.”

The watch itself only tracks time slept. However they have different sleep apps you can download that track those additional stuff
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use sleep++ it’s tells me light or deep sleep ms also is able to automatically track it, I don’t think it’s able to track rem though. There’s quite a few apps available to help track sleep besides this one. I like Sleep++ because of the automatic tracking though
