• For cellular model...yes (if you have the data plan for watch enabled). No for the Bluetooth only model.

• Yes you can now if you have you watch set up with a plan and it’s own line you don’t even need to have your phone in the same zip code but if you don’t you don’t have to be right next to your phone but you have to stay somewhat close to it
