Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased the GPS model watch and connected it to my iphone via bluetooth and everything works great. I get texts and call alerts. I have not tried to answer texts or calls bc I usually have my phone nearby and that is much easier to use. But, it has been a really nice feature bc I can look at my watch when I get a text or a call and decide if I need to get up and get my phone or just let it ride.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had both versions. I currently have the non-cellular version. As long as your phone is in range the features work the same. I always have my phone with me so it works perfectly for me. I can text and answer calls from it just the same.
