Yes! You can make calls via contact list, answer calls, text msgs - send and receive them - even on the tennis courts! My phone is in the tennis bag and less than 50 feet away! ❤️ My Series 2 watch. All of these calls and msgs w/o charge!

It also gives you the option of sending a quick one-word message like "I'll call you back" You just have to adjust the volume.
