What apple watch has the heart beat app and others. null

I have had the apple watch 3, and now the 5. And my mom has the 3. All the apps work well, but have improved over time. I would go with 3 and newer. Not just because the apps have gotten better but because when you upgrade your phone, you won’t have to always upgrade to a new watch.
