“We bought an open box Apple Series 3 and we are unable to unlock it. It had a passcode on it. We have tried the reset function and it won't unlock or reset the password. Is there anything we can do. It seems Best Buy should have reset the watch b4 sell.”

• unfortunately the only way to unlock the watch is to have the original owner unlock it or give you the passcode. It needs to be unpaired from their phone! I know there are videos on YouTube on how to unlock watches and there are some services that charge you to unlock it but they are not cheap!
