You can wear either one. The 42 mm has a bigger screen which makes it easier to do a lot of things. It really depends on how big you want it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s really up to you. I am a large woman and I bought the large 42mm. I was worried the 38mm was not going to fit. Turns out it would have as there is a large band included in the box.
