You should, but it depends on your corporate IT setup and whether you are talking about the GPS (non-cellular) version of the watch. With the non-cellular version there is no additional charge (for nothing) from the wireless carrier. So it seems that you should be able to set up the new watch (non-cellular) like you would if you had the first version of this watch, through the apple watch app on the iPhone you want to pair it too. The one thing to keep in mind is that the security settings will be dictated by what your IT dept. set up on your iPhone, so it could become a little annoying on the watch. i.e. you might have enter the passcode on your watch a lot of time to view it. All depends on your IT dept and the settings they deploy. At least that is what I've experienced.
