“If I buy the watch with cellular service capabilities will all other functions work if I decide not to register for cellular services?”

This question is for: Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular), 38mm Silver Aluminum Case with Seashell Sport Loop - Silver Aluminum - (2017)

Yes but I don't know why yuu would spend the extra money if you're not going to use the cellular feature. I would suggest getting just the GPS one you'll save some money and they're essentially the same watch.

I disagree with Nana’s response. The cellular version has double the storage: 16G vs 8G. Excellent if you want to store music on it and want the option down the road to add cellular.

Yes, everything will work without cellular connectivity. You just won't be able to leave your phone behind.
