Yes , and no, ,,, no cellular connection with prepaid service, only works with sprint, att, Verizon, t-mobile $10.00 a month extra .. not worth it just a gimmick , battery life talk time , also ,,, I have cricket service, iPhone se works great , ,, just no cellular service ,,, you may want to go with a gps series 3,,
