• As far as EKG is concerned, it is recorded in your watch. but EKG just tell us a very superficial understanding of the heart rhythmn. its just we can see our heart rate and relate it with the rhythmn.. i would says, it will indicate us if its needs a doctors visit or not, not a lot of details
