• Mine has been extremely accurate- within 1-3 BPM compared to my medical grade blood pressure cuff with HR monitor. I’ve been super happy with the HR monitor, especially because the graphs/data can be sent to my medical provider (:

• I checked my resting heart rate with a stopwatch and then with my Apple Watch and they were within a beat or two, so, I'd say pretty accurate. More importantly I think, the Apple Watch readings seem consistent.
