• Yes, this product can be used without active cellular service, but some features may not be accessible until you activate the watch with a carrier.

• Yes, it will work without being connected to your mobile account. You just won’t have LTE access.

• It works, but you need activation with cell carrier for cellular service. For a one time activation fee $30-40, and $10 a month, it’s amazing!
