The LTE model costs more because it works without your phone as it has a sim card that acts as a phone when you don't have your phone with you. Bluetooth model costs less because the watch doesn't work without the phone, the phone must be present within certain feet for watch to be connected to the phone. Once you are out of that range, it doesn't work.
