QuestionWhat can I do on the apple series 5 watch that's 399.

- Answer I would recommend going to the Apple site and watching the video about Apple Watch. I have used an Apple Watch for years and have this $399 version. I use it to show temperature on my watch face as well as my activity progress, time and date. I really enjoy the fact that it shows my activity - how many calories I have expended, how many minutes I have exercised, and how many hours I have stood.. It does a great job with showing texts, controlling music or audiobooks that are playing on the phone, tracking work out whether at the gym or walking outside. It will show a map of where are you have walked outside. it also shows incoming phone calls and calls can be answered or declined from the watch. it is a powerful and enjoyable little piece of technology.

- Answer GPS Requires phone to be able to use certain features, like accurate measurements, calling, messaging, etc. GPS CELLULAR does not need a phone to operate; letting you be free of carrying your phone for running, swimming, hiking, etc where a phone may be a drag

QuestionI just bought the series 5 apple watch and my battery life is way less than the battery life on my series 3. Has anyone else had this problem? I am not sure if it is because of the smaller size or I have a defective watch?

- Answer Only on the Cellular models. The GPS/Wifi only models will need to be tethered to your phone to get texts/most notifications. Cellular models can activate the feature whenever at an additional charge to your phone bill. The feature on the cellular model does not need to be activated.

- Answer With the GPS model it don't matter which carrier you have. It would just link to your phone. you're not paying for the cell phone service for the watch.

- Answer Yes, it is supposed to detect atrial fibrillation. Apple says the ECG function will not detect a heart attack however.

- Answer You can simply pair it with your phone over Bluetooth. If you want to be able to make calls/send messages without your phone nearby, you’ll need to add it to your cell phone plan.

- Answer My understanding is if you fall the watch detects it. And if you’re down for more than 20 seconds it will call 911 and your favorite contact.

- Answer No, the GPS only models use your iphones internet. The GPS + Cellular models have their own internet (data) but you have to pay for it though your cell phone carrier.

- Answer S3 is a u get what u pay for and that’s all it comes with and all you will be able to do. The 5 has a lot more features which u should look into because it’s to much to make in a reply also it’s upgradable so more bang for your buck vs. the 3 is after u purchase me I can never give u more! U mace to just compare them online and figure out what you need for right now and what you won’t need in the future but I will tell that their both expensive items but if I was you I would just put my money on the 5 series because I was once you before I purchased I had all the knowledge I needed because I researched and I made the right decision.

- Answer Yes it’s water resistant up to 50 meters. It has a water drop icon that you may press when going into the water, and when you get out of the water you turn the digital crown and the watch will release any water that may have gotten into it.
