Here’s my take and fought with same questions. I5 has heart monitor, larger size, more memory, faster and is a little more future proof than I3. Believe it or not the I3 has a brighter display and better battery life in my opinion!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The most noticeable difference is that the face stays on all the time. It supposedly doesn’t affect the battery life. I charge it once a day and it charges very quickly. I assume that the software updates have kept most other feature pretty much the same for both models.
