You could get the gps only version that connects via Bluetooth with no extra cost. The GPS/Cellular version means it’s like another line on your plan for instance with att it’s $10 a month plus the installments for the cost of the watch for 30 months then it’s paid off. Then you would just pay $10 a month for the service. With cellular you get data and don’t have to have your phone near you to answer a call reply to a text ect. With gps only you would need your phone near you. Hope this helps.
