You get the M/S and L/X band included with the watch.
Guessing you may have already received your answer but the watch comes with two bands- S/M, L/XL in the box. Super easy to change.

Sport band includes 2 different size straps. It has holes you can adjust the band to so it’s one size fits all once you choose the band size you are going go put on.
You choose the band based on Apple Watch Band 38mm 42mm 40mm 44mm.

I go with large so that you dont have to worry about the length. If you really care about the band size that you dont want to have extra length pushed inside the watch the large would be fine. Apple bands are very comfortable
