• Yes, there is an additional charge to activate cellular feature on the Iwatch. You’ll need to call your cell phone carrier to activate. It will be $10 plus tax added monthly to your phone bill. IMO totally worth it.

• You need to add it to your cell plan. With T-Mobile I have a "different phone number" - but it is connected to my phone's number. I get charged $10 per month for the service.

• Yes! You would need to pay an additional fee for the service with the carrier for additional $15 charge added to your cellular plan. It does not run off the cellular part of your phone, unless you are charged the fee.
