• The watch includes 2 wristbands. It comes with a Small/Medium band and a Medium/Large band which sounds like will be the one to fit you.

• I too have large bones. I use large band on the last hole and it fits well and has never come loose.

• The watch will come with two different band options, The M/L band goes up to 200mm. If you need a bigger band the 45mm comes with a larger band that goes up to 210mm.
