• No u don’t, u can sync ur watch to ur phone no matter what phone company u have

• No, I brought my iwatch from best buy and just went online and installed on T-Mobile. Reiner to back up all your stuff. And make sure erase and return to factory setting while in Best Buy, before giving them your watch. I did it very easy and I’m 67 years old. If you don’t know how sales person will help you.
