• It works very efficiently if you follow the steps Best Buy gives you upon the purchase of a new watch. You don’t get the trade in credit until after your new watch is purchased. Upon receipt of your new watch you’ll receive instructions on how to return your old watch plus shipping instructions. After they receive your trade in & verify its condition, then they issue a credit to the original purchase. Hope this helps you.
