It does NOT measure blood pressure, just blood oxygen, pulse and makes an electrocardiogram. But it also analyzes your exercise, your sleep...

I gave the 13 pro max I would assume it would work with the iPhone 11 most likely! No it does not check BP it checks your cardiac rhythm, blood oxygen, heart rate, it can tell if you have a irregular heartbeat or afib which is pretty cool it tracks your sleep and and just about everything but blood pressure!
