Does it monitor EKG continuously? null

You have to open the app and hold your finger on the side for the 30 sec countdown. However you can set up Apple health to monitor for signs of afib although I would not rely on it. Mine kept saying I was in a fib at least 15% of the time and after a lot of money on heart monitors and a cardiologist found out there’s absolutely nothing wrong.

No. You have to hold down on the crown with your finger. It does monitor pulse continuously for afib.
