“Will the pro work with WiFi if I do not hook up cellular”

If you are connected to WiFi then no problem. I don’t have cellular service on my 8 Ultra. I don’t leave home since I work from home. But for people who are in mature all the time then it might worth adding a line for a cellular service. (But you will have your iPhone with you all the time??) For your question, if Ultra women’s without cellular service, yes it does.

Yes, it does as long it is in range of the phone and/or Wi-Fi, you should be good to go.
