Only if you can retrieve the AirPod or as many pieces of it as possible to send or give to the Apple repair technician. You must prove it was accidental and what you say happened.

But, if you can find the melted mess in the bottom after it cools for $29 you would be able to get a replacement if you purchase AppleCare+ extended warranty coverage.
