Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may need to reset your AirPod case as a whole, you do this by holding the button on the back down. First you need to disconnect them entirely and forget them off your phone. When you do all this it’ll ask to reconnect them to your phone and bam, should be fixed. If not, I’d recommend talking to a Apple representative :)
