• I know this has been 3 years ago, but I am in the same boat. I called them for the double charge, they apologized and returned the money. THE SAME NIGHT it came back, immediately sent back to them for ANOTHER charge of the same product I had already paid for.

• Call apple. It should go easy. If not, call the CC company and stop the payments.
