Go to your nearest Best Buy and speak with a representative. They will xlwar up any problem you are having

I know this has been 3 years ago, but I am in the same boat. I called them for the double charge, they apologized and returned the money. THE SAME NIGHT it came back, immediately sent back to them for ANOTHER charge of the same product I had already paid for.

Go into your Best Buy app under your name it’s in there.

Call apple. It should go easy. If not, call the CC company and stop the payments.
