You may cancel your plan at any time by calling Apple at 1-800-APL-CARE (1-800-275-2273). If you purchased a monthly plan or a paid up-front plan less than 30 days ago, please visit a Best Buy store or call 1-800-433-5778. You can also cancel your plan by visiting your Best Buy membership page.

The outright one you buy will only last you 2 years. You can cancel with apple for a pro rated amount. If you get the monthly one you can cancel your self trough subscriptions on your apple if info.

Go to Apple website. Sign in and find subscriptions. Remove amd cancel unwanted subscriptions
