In my case, on the second appointment, they only pulled the wall oven out enough to slide a tape measure to the back wall. When they came with the oven for installation and pulled out the old unit, there were electrical junction boxes that prevented the oven from fitting.

I have no knowledge of gas adjustments as my stove only requires electricity. It did require an evaluation by an electrician who will make the install that the current wiring and service is adequate for my new oven without further adjustment.

I nee 4 new  appliances.
I had picked them out with the help of a sales person from Bestbuy. Before delivered I wanted Best Buy to come measure,
 for all the appliances to make sure that the new ones would fit.
 No one showed up to  measure on the scheduled date. Turned out the sales person didn’t put the machines I wanted on hold either.
No sigh of the machines I wanted on my account or my updated contact information.
They’ve scheduled again so I’ll see what happens next.
One more time and I’ll go elsewhere. No wonder these stores are going out of  business.

The measurement service went well.

Sadly, Best Buy failed to follow-up regarding appliance options after sending someone to take measurements. This is despite me stating I needed to replace at least two appliances asap.

Call best buy and have them note the companies oversight. That way if they do a bad install job, you have more to complain about.
