You are sopposed to get a call from Best Buy informing you they received the measurements. In my case I never got a call, and had to follow up myself. Also be aware the measurements are only good for 30 days, and will only be applicable to the same company that did the measurements. In my case, they never sent measurement to best buy, and I had to once again reschedule. I didn't trust installation company after that and opted to go with another store after this experience.

We did our own preliminary measurements, picked out a unit with measurements that were close, went to the store and purchased the unit and they made arrangements to do a site survey anyway to make sure we purchased the right unit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm still waiting to find out about next steps because Best Buy failed to follow-up regarding appliance options after sending someone to take measurements. This is despite me stating I needed to replace at least two appliances asap.
