“Received my cabinet yesterday but when updating it gets to about 7% then the screen goes black and doesn’t do anything I can play the games fine it just isn’t letting me update the cabinet anyone else have this problem?”

I have not had this issue. If you are using wireless take the back cover off and hook up it to an Ethernet cable. Or try moving your cabinet closer to your router maybe.
