• I was billed for this item shortly after I placed the pre-order, they did not wait until the item ships.

• Best Buy for pre orders places a authorization charge on your debit or credit card to see if you have the available funds in your account. The charge will be removed within 5 business days. Best Buy will officially charge you once the pre order is shipped.
