I'll admit this is only my second Arcade 1up machine, but it's the one I've been waiting on since the company started. The cabinet is beautiful. Great artwork! Even the riser is top notch art. The screen looks great. I'm happy they did not update the graphics, because it gives me the nostalgia I need every time I play. I love the addition of online play. It heightens the challenge level when playing in "expert" mode is simply not enough. I love the light up marquee and the control panel lighting. I especially love that the control panel lighting can be changed or turned off, unlike the marquee (unless you disconnect it completely). The stool is great. It's the perfect height for playing on the riser. On the cons side: the game doesn't save settings or high scores (or at least mine does not). Each time I power my machine off, I lose all settings, except for my online record (which I'm not proud of - lol). It also seems there is a lowered character selection on Marvel Vs Capcom and Marvel Superheroes Vs Street Fighter (or I could be remembering incorrectly). But I thought the selection was more than 13. Also, it would be great to add screw holes for the riser on the cabinet. I feel like I ruined my machine when I had to screw through the artwork myself. My biggest issue is the joysticks. Now I know the tech savvy hardcore gamers do modifications, I'm not that guy. I just play for the fun of it and I enjoy how it looks in my game room. That aside, the top of my joystick pops off constantly regardless of how well I screw it on. It's to the point where I need to tighten it between rounds to ensure it stays on. At this point, I'm sure there has to be a better way to build these joysticks so that the topper popping off is not an issue. It ruins, what I otherwise consider to be, top notch construction of the game cabinet and controls. Overall, I'm super satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to collectors or anyone just looking for a fun and beautiful cabinet to add to your game room. I play it multiple times daily because it just makes me happy, win or lose.

This is my first arcade cabinet I owned, so this is coming from a novice. I'm not particularly good at most fighting games and this one is no exception, but I enjoy playing these games. They play amazingly well with the provided controls. I could probably get more accustomed to these games with more practice. I feel like they could have given us better buttons, but they get the job done. The stool could have had more cushion to it as well. I'm very happy with the game selection for the most part. I could have gone without War of the Gems as it's just an average SNES beat'em up Arcade1Up added to pad out the lineup. They could've added one of the other vs games like MVC2, but I expect them to make that a separate cabinet if they do that. But I'm happy with the rest of the lineup as they are all gorgeous and have aged incredibly well. The cabinet was straightforward to put together, but there were certain parts that were hard to attach (looking at you C screws). But when I had everything installed, it looked beautiful. The light-up marquee, the side panels, the front, the riser, the stool, everything had some of the coolest, most beautiful artwork I have ever seen. Overall, I'm glad I got this unit, and if it were to be my only Arcade1Up cabinet, I think I chose the right one. I would recommend this if you are a Marvel fan, a Capcom fan, or a fan of fighting games in general. And it has Venom! That should automatically make it a must-buy!

I’ve had 6 previous arcade cabinets: FinalFight, MortalKombat, Rampage, NinjaTurtles, MarvelSuperheroes, and Pac-Man, but this one is by far my favorite of all! It’s more cool the side or all around is different design, when previous cabinets repeated the design, this also has a light up marquee and deck light up, when the old ones did not, grant it i could upgrade, but instead I sold 2. All the previous cabinets came with 3 games, but this one has 5! And 4 games are online! What I consider a compliments is the awesome stool and custom riser! THANK YOU! Arguably the best cabinet released to date. The graphics are great. The online play with the various games take the game play to a whole new level. Light up Marquee sign and control panel. Riser and stool? It is the whole package. No regrets getting it. I love it!

This an excellent and well built arcade unit that brought me back to the days of visiting arcades back in the 90's. At first I was worried that it was going to take up a lot of space in my home, but it's a perfect size, like a small dresser. It wasn't even difficult to assemble either, so much simpler than I anticipated that I may even get a couple more to complete my game room

I purchased this cabinet mostly due to its built-in online capability. I also like its overall appearance. The artwork is gorgeous, and the light-up control deck makes it stand out even more (of course I forgot to turn it on for the attached pics, haha). The matching stool is also a nice bonus. The stock Sanwa clone joysticks and buttons are adequate for casual gamers like myself. I just switched the four-way gates for octagonal gates to make it easier to pull off special moves. More hardcore players may opt to switch out the joysticks and buttons for something more their liking. Online play via Wi-Fi is pretty smooth without any discernible frame skips. I also initially connected an ethernet cable via the microUSB slot to run concurrently with the Wi-Fi, but it works much better on the Wi-Fi alone (at least on my cabinet). Overall, I am very pleased with this cabinet. It looks great in my home arcade and is a lot of fun to play. The ability to play other people online further adds to the fun factor. Highly recommend!

Love this cabinet. Build was pretty easy. Took me about an hour and a half taking my time to do alone. Love the look. Stool is perfect. Games are just as fun as they were back in the day. Gameplay is just like in the original arcade. Have two cabinets so far and counting.

Purchase and delivery for this item went smoothly. Ordered it and it arrived 3 days later. The artwork on the cab is fantastic. Not a single scratch on it. However the plexiglass that covers the Joysticks and buttons was full of scratches, I have no idea how it happened since it was packaged very neatly. It’s a pretty good deal you are getting for the machine the light up marquee the riser and the stool. One of the coolest features about the cab is the online compatibility. Matchmaking could be better but it’s fine for now I guess. Overall I’m very happy with the product and would recommend to anyone who is a fan of Marvel and Street Fighter.

The retro graphics are great as well as the overall look and sound of this cabinet. The included stool is a nice finishing touch. This cab will enhance any man cave/game room. It's an excellent way to keep your kids close to home to know their exact whereabouts.

This is my favorite Arcade1Up machine. It includes four of the best 2D fighters of all time. Marvel vs Capcom, X-Men vs Street Fighter, Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter, and Marvel Super Heroes. Such amazing classics housed within the best looking Arcade1Up artwork to date. Not to mention, the games are online enabled so, if you're like me, you can get absolutely smoked by the competition. There's also a Super Nintendo game included which I really haven't played. My only complaint is that the buttons/joysticks could be of a higher quality. I've had this less than a year and you can definitely tell which set of controls I've been using. Player 2 is nice and stiff while the controls I used (Player 1) are showing their age. Joystick 1 leans a little bit to the left and the buttons are squeaky. I may look into modding the cabinet with Sanwa parts eventually.

Just got this together last night. Took me about 1 hour by myself. I used one tool - electric screwdriver. The light up marquee is a nice touch along with stool. I wish I was adjustable like my others, but it’s fine. The graphics on the cab look amazing around it. The base is a lot more sturdy than I thought it would be. The games take me back and held up good with the sounds and voices. Great little collection of games on this one.

With 5 awesome games, custom stool, Wi-Fi capabilities, great artwork, light up marquee AND light up control deck, this is one of the best arcade machines from Arcade 1up!

I’ve been a die hard fan of fighting games, particularly from the capcom series. Marvel Vs. Capcom to say the least. This arcade cabinet comes with the riser and the attention to detail on this thing is amazing! Took a bit of time to build but it was simple enough to follow. The graphics are very old school but fulfill the nostalgia I felt when I played these games originally on the ps one system. If you’re a fan of the capcom series and just want a cool and affordable arcade cabinet, this is a must! I play it at least once or twice a day.

This may be Arcade1up's best cab yet. Great collection of games. X-Men vs Street Fighter is the highlight of the five included games. I've always felt it had the best balance and choice of characters in the Marvel vs series. The cabinet art is terrific. The Marvel side panel, in particular, is amazing. A really cool stool is included as well. I tested the online and it was surprisingly smooth. If this gets restocked, don't miss out again. GET IT.

Amazing product that makes me feel so nostalgic this is my second Arcade 1up product, I had bought the Midway Legacy Mortal Kombat 2 cabinet about a week before I bought this one. Been trying to build my own little arcade and this game is so much fun with incredible characters and amazing artwork on the machine probably the best looking arcade 1up product.......looking forward to more of their products hopefully NFL BLITZ is next......fingers crossed!!!!!!

I have friends who have a Arcade 1up and have seen display models at the store and let me tell you this one is the best one when it comes to an arcade fighter. Don't waste your money on the Walmart version the light up marque and stool make this worth the price and being an exclusive it will ve hard to find once it sells out. I would make sure you have a smaller/thinner skrew driver to put this together to make it easier on weird angles.

Manual was very easy to follow, ended up looking great with the riser. Sticks and buttons feel really good, but I wish they included an octagonal gate to switch out for the joysticks. One of the screws got stripped furing assembly fue to a faulty screwhead, however and there were not any spares. Had to supply my own extra screw.

Easy to assemble, the bottom box gives it the right height for an adult to stand or sit on a bench and play. Can not figure out how to exit a game back to the game menu, so we just reboot it when we want to change games. Got this for my office - it made my developers happy and is not too much of a distraction. The games are Nintendo Hard - my lifelong gamer crew has significant trouble beating the CPU in most of the games on TURBO mode! Good luck!
