The light up deck protector is an add-on so that will depend on the package available through various vendors, if a vendor wants a basic unit so they can sell it closer to $300 then it likely would not include the light up deck protector or even a light up marquee (this is based upon the business model that we have seen thus far). It appears that all Arcade1Up cabinets now include a standard deck protector (their first generation of cabinets did not).
