It includes the stool that is shown in the pictures, it has a light up marquee, if you pre-order it is shipped to you, there is no way of knowing if pre-orders will stop before the item is actually released (this is not claimed to be a limited production unit, this particular MvC package is just exclusive to Best Buy in the USA).
