Why is unassembled? How easy is it to assemble null

It is easier to put in place where you want to set it up at. Then moving around this big awkward game. It is easy to assemble just a hand screwdriver and some patience and follow the direction.

It is fairly easy to assemble. It took me about 4 hours but I did it by myself. It would be good if you could have a 2nd person helping you.
